Because puppies are living animals and require care, transportation, time, and breeder coordination, our Refund & Return Policy is structured differently from traditional ecommerce returns.

1. Non-Refundable Deposits
To reserve a puppy, a deposit may be required.

Scheduling conflicts or delivery times not aligning with buyer preferences
Allergies, landlord issues, or family disagreements
We encourage responsible and committed puppy adoption.

4. Health Guarantee & Veterinary Check
All puppies are:
Buyer Responsibility:
You must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for an initial health check.
Failure to complete this check voids all health-related protections and replacement eligibility.
π 5. Puppy Replacement Policy (If a Puppy Has a Serious Health Issue)
If your veterinarian discovers a life-threatening genetic medical issue (documented in writing), you may request:

β‘οΈ A credit to be applied toward a future puppy

No refund is issued in this scenario β only replacement or credit.

Because puppies are living animals, returns are only accepted under approved circumstances related to a health condition verified by a veterinarian.
We do not accept returns for:

Chargebacks filed without prior communication are considered fraudulent disputes.
