1. Where do your puppies come from?
All of our Golden Retriever puppies come from verified, reputable, and trusted breeders who prioritize:

Ethical breeding practices
Clean and nurturing environments
Every breeder in our network has been screened and approved.
2. Are your puppies vaccinated?
Yes. Every puppy is:
Veterinarian-checked
Vaccinated and dewormed according to age
Provided with a Health Certificate
You will receive the vet records on delivery.
3. Can I visit or meet the puppy before adoption?
Yes — depending on the breeder’s location, visits can be scheduled.
We can also provide:
Live video calls
Pictures and weekly progress updates
4. Do you offer delivery/shipping?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through:
Ground pet transport
Flight nanny (puppy travels with a professional caregiver)
Delivery cost depends on your location.
💰 PAYMENT & RESERVATION
5. How much is the reservation fee?
To reserve a puppy, we require a small non-refundable reservation fee of $200.
This fee:
Removes the puppy from listings
Guarantees no one else can adopt your puppy
Is applied toward your final adoption balance
✅ Without this reservation fee, we cannot hold a puppy.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
✅ Credit/Debit cards
✅ Bank transfer
✅ Zelle / Cash App (if available)
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) — for eligible locations only
💡 Cash on Delivery allows you to pay the remaining balance at pickup or delivery.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — we accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
How it works:
Pay the $200 reservation fee to secure your puppy.
Pay the remaining balance in cash when the puppy arrives at your location.
COD is only available after the reservation fee is paid.
8. Is the reservation fee refundable?
No.
Reservation fees are non-refundable, because once reserved, your puppy is removed from the adoption list and marked unavailable to other families.
🏡 ADOPTION PROCESS
9. How do I adopt a puppy?
Super simple:
Browse available Golden Retriever puppies.
Select the puppy you want.
Pay the reservation fee to secure your puppy.
Schedule delivery or pickup.
Pay remaining balance (or Cash on Delivery).
10. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on distance and transport availability.
You will receive:
Transport updates
Estimated arrival time
Driver or flight nanny contact
11. What if I change my mind after reserving a puppy?
Once a puppy is reserved, we commit that puppy to you and begin transport arrangements.
For this reason, reservation fees are non-refundable.
12. What if the puppy arrives and there is a health concern?
All puppies are covered by our Health Guarantee.
If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious genetic health issue within 72 hours, we will:
Replace the puppy with one of equal value
orProvide credit toward a future puppy

13. What should I prepare before bringing my puppy home?
We recommend having:
Puppy food (same brand we were feeding)
Water and food bowls
Crate or playpen
Toys and chew items
Puppy pads
We provide a welcome guide with care instructions.
14. Are Golden Retrievers good with kids and other pets?
Yes — Golden Retrievers are one of the friendliest and most family-oriented breeds.
They are gentle, playful, intelligent, and extremely loyal.
15. How big will my Golden Retriever get?
Most Golden Retrievers reach:
55–75 lbs as adults
Full size by 18–24 months
