3. Order Process & Payment

When you place an order:

1. You will receive an Order Confirmation email.

2. We will review your order and verify breeder puppy availability.

3. A Puppy Placement Coordinator will contact you for confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit / Debit cards (processed securely)

• PayPal / PayPal Pay-Later

• Secure third-party payment gateways

We do not store your payment information.
All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

4. Pricing, Deposits & Fees

• Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice.

• Some puppies may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve them.

• Deposits go directly toward the final purchase price.

5. Health Guarantee (Very Important)

All puppies come from trusted, responsible breeders who:

• Follow veterinarian care standards

• Provide vaccination and deworming records

• Conduct health checks prior to delivery

Every puppy comes with:

✅ Health certificate from a licensed veterinarian
✅ Vaccination record
✅ Up-to-date deworming

If a health issue is discovered upon arrival, you must notify us in writing within 72 hours with veterinary documentation.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because puppies are living animals, refunds work differently than normal products.

❌ Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind

• Unavailability at your location or personal scheduling issues

• Failure to meet adoption requirements

✅ Refunds may be considered only if:

• The breeder cannot deliver the puppy

• A puppy becomes unavailable due to health or safety findings

Any approved refund will be returned using the original payment method.

7. Delivery / Puppy Transportation

We offer:

• Ground transportation (hand-delivered)

• Flight nanny or airline pet cargo (depending on location)

Delivery costs vary by state and will be explained during the confirmation process.

Once the puppy is handed to the transportation provider, liability transfers to the buyer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By agreeing to these terms, you commit to:

• Providing adequate food, shelter, and medical care for the puppy

• Scheduling a vet check within 72 hours of arrival

• Following local pet ownership rules (licensing, vaccinations, etc.)

9. Breeder Partnerships

We are an e-commerce platform that connects buyers with trusted Golden Retriever breeders.
The purchase agreement becomes effective between:

You (the customer) and the assigned breeder.

We ensure that all breeders:

• Comply with ethical breeding practices

• Provide health and vaccination documentation

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Veterinary bills after the 72-hour health guarantee

• Allergic reactions to pets

• Behavioral training or temperament concerns

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for financial losses beyond the puppy’s purchase price.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, videos, text, branding, and logos—is protected by copyright law.
